Saldo — Personal Finance Tracker
1. Introduction
Saldo ("the App") is a mobile application developed by nezdev ("we", "our") that allows users to track personal expenses, set budgets, manage accounts, and monitor recurring charges on iOS devices. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our App.
By downloading, installing, or using Saldo, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Information We Do NOT Collect
Saldo was designed with privacy as a fundamental principle:
- We do not collect personally identifiable data. We do not request your name, email, phone number, or any identity data.
- We do not create user accounts. The App works without registration.
- We do not send your financial data to any server. All processing occurs exclusively on your device.
- We do not store data in the cloud. We do not operate servers or databases containing user information.
- We do not track your location.
- We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties.
3. Information We Process Locally
To function, Saldo accesses and stores the following information exclusively on your device, without transmitting it externally:
3.1 Financial Records
- The App stores transactions, categories, budgets, account balances, and recurring expense records locally on your device.
- All financial data is processed and stored entirely on-device using local storage.
- No financial information ever leaves your device.
3.2 App Preferences
- User preferences such as currency, default account, theme selection, and notification settings are stored locally.
- This data is never transmitted externally.
4. Device Permissions
Saldo requests the following operating system permissions:

You can revoke any of these permissions at any time from your device settings. Revoking permissions may limit certain App features.
5. Third-Party Services
5.1 Apple App Store
- Voluntary support contributions (if offered) are processed through Apple's official payment system.
- nezdev does not have access to credit card data or user financial information.
Saldo does not integrate any advertising SDK, analytics service, or tracking framework. The App contains zero third-party SDKs that collect user data.
6. Children's Privacy
Saldo is not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not intentionally collect information from minors. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has provided information through the App, contact us at support@nezdev.tech and we will delete such information.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
- Local data: All financial records, preferences, and budgets are stored exclusively on your device. Uninstalling the App automatically deletes all this data.
- No server-side data: Since Saldo operates entirely offline with no backend, there is no server-side data to retain or delete.
8. Security
- All financial data processing occurs on the device.
- We do not transmit sensitive data over networks.
- Data is stored using the device's native secure storage mechanisms.
However, no electronic processing method is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute information security.
9. International Data Transfer
nezdev does not transfer personal data to international servers. Saldo operates entirely on-device with no external data transmission.
10. Your Rights
- Access: Request information about the data we process.
- Deletion: Delete all local data by uninstalling the App.
- Permission revocation: Revoke App permissions from your device settings.
11. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
