Limpio — Storage Cleaner
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Limpio ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you ("the User") and nezdev ("we", "the Developer"), the creator and owner of the App.
2. Description of Service
Limpio is a storage management tool for iOS and Android mobile devices that allows you to:
- Detect and delete duplicate, similar, and blurry photos
- Identify and manage screenshots
- Detect and merge duplicate contacts
- Analyze device storage usage
- Manage videos stored on the device
The App processes all information locally on the User's device, without sending data to external servers.
3. Irreversible Actions — Disclaimer
IMPORTANT NOTICE: The App allows you to delete photos, videos, screenshots, and contacts from your device. These actions are IRREVERSIBLE.
- File deletion through Limpio uses native operating system APIs (iOS/Android). Once deletion is confirmed, it is not possible to recover deleted files through the App.
- Some operating systems offer a temporary recycle bin. The availability and duration of this feature depends solely on the operating system and is not under nezdev's control.
- nezdev is not responsible for the loss of data, photos, videos, contacts, or files resulting from the use of the App. The User accepts full responsibility for the decision to delete any content.
- We strongly recommend performing a complete device backup before using deletion features.
4. Detection and Analysis — Limitations
- The duplicate, similar, and blurry photo detection algorithms use image analysis techniques (perceptual hashing, Laplacian variance) that operate with a reasonable degree of accuracy but are not infallible.
- The App may occasionally misclassify a photo as duplicate, similar, or blurry ("false positive") or fail to detect a real duplicate ("false negative").
- nezdev does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or precision of detection results. The User must review results before confirming any deletion.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
5.1 Free Version
The free version of Limpio includes limited functionality with usage quotas and advertisements. Quotas reset periodically according to the configured cycle.
5.2 Limpio Premium
Limpio offers a premium subscription ("Limpio Premium") that includes:
- Unlimited scans
- Ad-free deletion
- Access to all features without quota restrictions
5.3 Payment Processing
- All payments are processed through Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
- nezdev does not have access to User payment information (credit cards, bank details).
- Prices, currencies, and payment terms are subject to each platform's policies.
5.4 Renewal and Cancellation
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period unless the User cancels at least 24 hours before the current period expires.
- To cancel a subscription:
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Limpio → Cancel
- Android: Google Play Store → Subscriptions → Limpio → Cancel
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
5.5 Refunds
- Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google, depending on the platform where the purchase was made.
- nezdev does not process refunds directly. Refunds are subject to each app store's policies.
6. Intellectual Property
- The App, including its source code, design, logos, iconography, text, and documentation, is the exclusive property of nezdev.
- The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App solely for personal and non-commercial use.
- The User may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, or reverse-engineer the App or any part of it.
7. User Conduct
The User agrees to:
- Use the App only for its intended purposes.
- Not attempt to access restricted features through unauthorized methods.
- Not use the App for illegal activities or activities that infringe on third-party rights.
- Not attempt to bypass free version restrictions or subscription verification mechanisms.
8. Service Availability
- nezdev strives to keep the App operational but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
- The App may experience interruptions due to updates, maintenance, operating system changes, or circumstances beyond our control.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time, with or without prior notice.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nezdev expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement of third-party rights
- Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content or results
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
- nezdev, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data, photos, videos, contacts, or files
- Loss of revenue or profits
- Business interruption
- Damage to device or software
- Any other intangible damages
- nezdev's total cumulative liability to the User for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the total amount paid by the User to nezdev in the past 12 months, or $10 USD, whichever is greater.
11. Indemnification
The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless nezdev, its directors, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:
- The User's use or misuse of the App
- The User's violation of these Terms
- The User's violation of third-party rights
12. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately after posting on this page with a new "last updated" date.
Continued use of the App after the modified Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the App.
13. Termination
- nezdev may suspend or terminate the User's access to the App at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
- The User may terminate this agreement by ceasing to use and uninstalling the App.
- Sections 3, 9, 10, and 11 (Disclaimer, Warranties, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification) survive the termination of these Terms.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws in the Developer's jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of said jurisdiction.
15. General Provisions
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- Waiver: Failure to exercise any right by nezdev does not constitute a waiver of that right.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the User and nezdev regarding the App.
