Limpio — Storage Cleaner
1. Introduction
Limpio ("the App") is a mobile application developed by nezdev ("we", "our") that allows users to manage storage on their iOS and Android devices. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our App.
By downloading, installing, or using Limpio, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Information We Do NOT Collect
Limpio was designed with privacy as a fundamental principle:
- We do not collect personally identifiable data. We do not request your name, email, phone number, or any identity data.
- We do not create user accounts. The App works without registration.
- We do not send your photos, videos, contacts, or files to any server. All processing occurs exclusively on your device.
- We do not store data in the cloud. We do not operate servers or databases containing user information.
- We do not track your location.
- We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties.
3. Information We Process Locally
To function, Limpio accesses the following information exclusively on your device, without transmitting it externally:
3.1 Photo and Video Gallery
- The App accesses your gallery to detect duplicate, similar, blurry photos, and screenshots.
- Images are analyzed using hash algorithms and Laplacian variance that run entirely on your device.
- No image ever leaves your device.
3.2 Contacts
- The App accesses your contact list to detect duplicate entries and offer contact merging.
- Contacts are processed and compared locally.
- No contact is sent to external servers.
3.3 Storage
- The App accesses general device storage information (total space, free space) to display statistics.
- It does not access the contents of other applications' files.
3.4 Internal Usage Data
- Anonymous session statistics (number of scans performed, items deleted) are stored exclusively on your device via local storage (
SharedPreferences).
- This data is never transmitted externally.
4. Device Permissions
Limpio requests the following operating system permissions:

You can revoke any of these permissions at any time from your device settings. Revoking permissions may limit certain App features.
5. Third-Party Services
5.1 Google AdMob (Advertising)
- Displays ads in the free version of the App.
- Google AdMob may collect device identifiers, usage data, and network information to personalize ads.

5.2 RevenueCat (Subscription Management)
- Manages in-app purchases and Limpio Premium subscriptions.
- RevenueCat processes transaction data provided by Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

5.3 Apple App Store / Google Play Store
- In-app purchases are processed through each platform's official payment systems.
- nezdev does not have access to credit card data or user financial information.
6. Children's Privacy
Limpio is not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not intentionally collect information from minors. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has provided information through the App, contact us at support@nezdev.tech and we will delete such information.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
- Local data: All statistics and preferences are stored exclusively on your device. Uninstalling the App automatically deletes all this data.
- Third-party data: Data collected by AdMob and RevenueCat is subject to each service's retention policies.
8. Security
- All image and contact processing occurs on the device.
- We do not transmit sensitive data over networks.
- Purchases are processed through Apple and Google's secure channels.
However, no electronic processing method is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute information security.
9. International Data Transfer
nezdev does not transfer personal data to international servers. However, integrated third-party services (Google AdMob, RevenueCat) may process data on servers located outside your country of residence, subject to their own privacy policies.
10. Your Rights
- Access: Request information about the data we process.
- Deletion: Delete all local data by uninstalling the App.
- Permission revocation: Revoke App permissions from your device settings.
- Opt-out of personalized ads: Adjust ad settings from your device or OS settings.
11. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
